Atwood Earth Day & Tree Giveaway
April 18
10am-12pm Tree Giveaway – Do you have a spot for a tree?! Stop by the Activity Center to pick up free saplings! Red oak and white oak saplings will be available on a first come, first served basis. Planting and species information will also be available at the time of pick-up. Ready to be taken home and planted!! Sponsored by the MWCD Conservation Department.
10am-12pm Earth Day Clean-up – Stop by the Nature Center for gloves and trash bags, then pick-up map for areas for litter throughout the park & lake! Bring the bags back and receive a coupon for a FREE night of daily camping!
12:30-2pm Spring Craft for Kids – Come visit the Nature center and make an anthill craft.
3-5pm A Family Movie – Bring your own camp chairs and blankets to the Nature Center to watch a family friendly movie.
