Flexible Spending

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) are employer-sponsored plans that allow an employee to deduct pre-tax dollars from their pay and put them into special accounts used for reimbursement of specified expenses. Payroll dollars set aside in FSA accounts are exempt from federal income taxes, Medicare, state income taxes and local taxes. Our plan includes a health care flexible spending account and a dependent care flexible spending account. We also have a pre-tax premium plan for health, dental and vision employee paid premiums.
