Employee Assistance Program
At MWCD, we value the personal and professional well being of our employees. Recognizing that work is only a portion of our lives, we are pleased to provide this benefit for employees and their dependents. An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) helps employees and their family members resolve personal or work-related problems. There is no cost to the employee for use of the EAP. The EAP furnishes professional counselors who provide confidential assessment and short-term counseling to employees and their families in order to assist in dealing with a broad range of issues, including marriage and family problems, stress-related problems, financial and legal difficulties, and psychological and workplace conflict. Our EAP is provided through Principal.
