Atwood Program Schedule
July 10 - July 12
Friday, July 10
1-2pm TCPL Bookmobile – Check out the bookmobile and do an activity at the Event Center parking lot!
5-8pm Traveling Golf Cart – Watch for our staff traveling through the camp areas with program information!
Saturday, July 11
9:30-10:30am Guided Nature Hike – Meet at the Welcome Center parking lot to hike the Woodland Trail. Be prepared for several moderate inclines.
11am-12pm Nature Center Open & Craft for Kids – Discover what is new in the Nature Center, plus learn about lightning bugs!
1-2pm Poppy Craft for Adults – Create a wildflower masterpiece at the Nature Center! For ages 13+.
3-4pm Sandcastle Building – Bring your imagination, buckets, shovels, and molds to the beach. We will have some available also. Let’s build a kingdom!
5-6pm Wiffle Ball – Bring your friends to the field by the Basketball Courts for a friendly game of wiffle ball!
7-7:45pm Hot Dog Swim – Bring your dog to the beach to cool off in the water! Dogs must be friendly to people and other dogs, on a leash, and cleaned up after.
8:30-9:30pm Karaoke & Cards – Sing along to your favorite songs at the Event Center Shelter! Listen and relax while playing cards and board games.
Sunday, July 12
9-10am Non-denominational Church Service – Meet at the small amphitheater, weather permitting.
