Atwood National Trails Day Celebration

Friday, June 6
5-8pm Traveling Nature Program – Look out for traveling program staff on the golf cart as they travel through the camp areas stopping at campsites with Nature items and program schedules.
6-8pm Nature Center Open and Craft for All Ages – Explore the Nature Center and make a flower craft.
Saturday, June 7 National Trails Day
10-11am OuterSpatial Hiking App 101 – Meet at the Activity Center Shelter and learn about this exciting new hiking app. Then use the information on the app to strike out on your own adventure!
1-2pm Hiking Craft for Kids – Decorate your own unique hiking stick! Meet at the Activity Center Shelter to decorate your own hiking stick. If you have a special stick feel free to bring it, we will also have some available.
3-4pm Pickleball 101 – Learn the basics of this fun game for all ages! Bring your own equipment or borrow ours. Meet at the pickleball court.
5-6pm Fairy Wand Craft for Adults – Create a beautiful wand decoration for your plants or garden! Its decorative and can help monitor the moisture in your soil. Meet at the Nature Center.
7-8pm Teen Challenge – Put your skills to the test. Meet at the Activity Center Shelter to compete for prizes!
Sunday, June 8
9-10am Non-denominational Church Service – at the small amphitheater or Activity Center Shelter if raining.
