Tappan Water Weekend

Friday, August 22
5-7:30pm Traveling Golf Cart – Watch for our staff traveling through the camp areas with program information!
8-9pm Trail Trekkers – Take a guided hike along the Beach Trail with our weekly group! Meet at the concession stand at the beach. Be prepared for natural surfaces with sneakers or hiking shoes.
Saturday, August 23 Water Weekend
9-11am Fishing Tournament for Kids – Grab your poles and meet at the Fishing Dock near Camp Area 1 to join our fishing tournament! Prizes will be awards for Biggest Fish and Most Fish caught in two age divisions, up to 9 and 10-15. See www.MWCD.org/calendar for full details and rules.
12:30-1:30pm Water Games – Meet at the beach to play water games and having a splashing good time!
2-3pm Watercolor Painting for Adults – Meet at the Nature Center to create your own watercolor masterpiece.
3:30-4:30pm Kids BINGO – Try your luck at BINGO at the Activity Center. Bring a candy bar.
5-6pm Adult BINGO – Try your luck at BINGO at the Activity Center. Bring a $2 gift.
Sunday, August 24
1-4pm Poker Paddle – Paddle around Tappan Lake to find poker stops and collect poker chips to compete for prizes! Kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards welcome. Prizes will be awarded for the best and worst poker hands – best hand wins a kayak! Registration required at www.MWCD.org/tickets.
