Seneca Summer Solstice Celebration & Glow Splash

Friday, June 20
9:30-11am Coffee & Donuts (Parkside) – Enjoy free coffee and donuts at the Log Cabin Nature Center.
12-1pm Nature Center Open & Celebrate Summer Craft for All Ages (Parkside) – Meet at the Log Cabin Nature Center then make a celebration of summer craft, plus learn about the Solstice!
5-7pm Traveling Nature Program (Parkside & Marina Point) – Look for our traveling program staff as they travel through the camp areas stopping at campsites with event information!
Saturday, June 21 Happy Summer Solstice!
10-11am Chat with The Chief – Meet the Chief of Recreation at the Welcome Center to ask questions and learn about what is happening around the lake!
12-1:30pm Sandcastle Building (Parkside) – Bring your imagination, buckets, shovels, and molds to the beach. We will have some available also. Let’s build a kingdom!
2-4pm Summer Fun Games (Parkside) – Meet at the beach to play cornhole and other fun yard games! For all ages!
5-6pm Celebrate Summer Craft for All Ages (Marina Point) – Stop by Marina Point Shelter #2 and make a celebration of summer craft, plus learn about the solstice!
6:30-8pm BINGO (Marina Point) – Try your luck at Marina Point Shelter #2! Bring a $2 gift. All ages, those under 12 bring an adult helper!
8:30-9:30pm Glow Splash (Parkside) – Celebrate the Solstice with glow sticks and a special after-hours splash! Space is limited and registration required at www.MWCD.org/tickets.
