Friday, May 16
5-8:30pm Traveling Nature Program (Marina Point & Parkside) – Watch for our program staff traveling through the camp area to share nature facts and distribute schedules.
Saturday, May 17
2-5pm Women Making Waves Workshop (Marina) – Register for this women-only workshop to learn basic boat operating skills in a comfortable and safe environment! Plus, ask all of your questions! Learn trip planning, required safety equipment, have a chance to operate a boat on the water. Registration is required at www.MWCD.org/tickets
10-11:30am Kids’ Bubble Painting (Marina Point) – Create a picture with paint bubbles and their imagination. Dress for a mess! Meet at Marina Point Shelter #2.
12-1pm Dragonfly Keychain Craft for Adults (Marina Point) – Meet at Marina Point Shelter #2 to make a spring dragonfly keychain. All materials provided, ages 16 and up.
2-3pm Kids’ Bubble Painting and Nature Center Open (Parkside) – Create a picture with paint bubbles and their imagination at the Log Cabin Nature Center. Dress for a mess! Plus, explore the Nature Center!
4-5:30pm Pickleball 101 (Parkside) – Learn the basics of this fun and popular sport! All equipment will be provided. Meet at the pickleball court near the beach with shoes for running.
