Charles Mill Halloween Weekend

Add to the festivities! Decorate your campsite for Halloween for a chance to win first or second place prizes.
Friday, October 3 Halloween Weekend
6-7pm Traveling Program & Craft – Look for our program staff, stopping at campsites with 2025 event information and a fun craft kit!
7:30-8:30pm Halloween Family BINGO – Meet at the Main Camp Shelter #4 for an evening of fun and games!
8:30-9pm Pumpkin Hunt for Kids – Search for hidden pumpkins near Main Camp Shelter #4. Find the special pumpkins and earn a prize!
Saturday, October 4
10-11am Traveling Craft for Adults – Watch for the program staff traveling through the campground with craft kits. While supplies last.
11am-12pm Pumpkin Painting for Kids – Decorate a pumpkin at Main Camp Shelter #4. For ages 3-14. $2 per pumpkin, cash only. First come, first served. While supplies last.
1-1:30pm Costume Parade & Contest (Pets Included!) – Dress in your favorite costume and meet near Main Camp Shelter #4 and Eagle Point Shelter. Prizes will be given to top costume in each division! Divisions include ages 0-6, ages 7-11, ages 12-17, adults 18+, and pets.
1:30-3pm Trick-or-Treat – Walk around the campground in your costume for treats at participating campsites!
3:30-4pm Halloween Tie Dye – Make a colorful and unique creation in the grass near Main Camp Shelter #4! T-shirts will be available for $10 each, cash only. Sizes range from youth small to adult 3XL. Sizes are first come, first served.
4:30-5:30pm Golf Cart Parade – Decorate your golf cart with fall and Halloween themed items and meet at Main Camp Shelter #4 or Eagle Point Shelter to drive through the camp areas. All decorated golf carts will be entered into a drawing for prizes.
5:30pm Campsite Judging – Decorate your campsite for a chance to win first or second place!
