Thursday, July 2
5-7:30pm Traveling Golf Cart – Watch for the program golf cart with 2026 event information!
9-11pm Movie at the Lake: Barbie – Bring your blankets and camp chairs to the beach to watch a movie on the BIG screen! The movie is rated PG and will start at dusk. You can also watch from your golf cart or car. Park vehicles towards the back. Pop and chips available for purchase for $1 each, cash only.
Friday, July 3
9:30-10:30am Breakfast with the Birds – Watch the birds outside the windows and learn about Ohio’s birds, while enjoying free coffee and breakfast snacks at the Nature Center! While supplies last.
11am-12pm Nature Center Open & Craft for Kids – Meet at the Nature Center to create a fun patriotic craft!
1-2pm Patriotic Craft for Adults – Make a patriotic banner at the Activity Center Shelter. For ages 16+.
3-4pm Bubble Art at the Beach – Create a cool masterpiece at the beach. For all ages!
5-6pm Sandcastle Building – Bring your imagination, buckets, shovels, and molds to the beach. We will have some available also. Let’s build a kingdom!
7pm LIVE Music: Tuscarawas River Band – Listen to live music at the beach until the fireworks show!
DUSK Fireworks Over the Lake – Enjoy fireworks over the lake! Can be seen from land and water.
Saturday, July 4 Happy America 250
10am Bike Decorating – Decorate your bike for the parade. Meet near the Activity Center gaga pit.
10:30am Bike Parade – Feature your decorated bike in the parade. Meet near the basketball courts. Parents must accompany children ages 7 and under.
12-1pm Tie Dye T-shirts – Make a colorful and unique creation for America 250! T-shirts are $10 each, cash only. First come, first served. Meet near the Activity Center gaga pit.
2:30-4pm Nature Center Open – Explore the Nature Center and learn about bald eagles!
3-4pm Dodgeball Challenge – Play a friendly game of dodgeball at the basketball court. For ages 8+.
5-6pm Kids BINGO – Try your luck at BINGO at the Activity Center. Bring a full-size candy bar.
6:30-7:30pm Adult BINGO – Meet in the Activity Center and try your luck. Bring a $2 gift.
9pm Tappan Golf Cart Parade – Decorate your golf cart and line up at 8:30pm at the beach.
