Tuesday, May 27

10-11am       Discovery Club – This weekly program for ages 5-10 will explore the Nature Center and then get outside to discover nature! Each week will feature a new theme. Parents are encouraged to attend.

1-2pm          Teen Club: Pickleball – Bring your friends to the NEW pickleball court to learn how to play the game and challenge each other to see who will win! Bring your own equipment or borrow ours.

Wednesday, May 28

9-10am         Brew Crew – Meet at the Nature Center for a morning chat and coffee while watching the feeders. Each week will feature a new topic or activity, you help decide! For women 16+.

Thursday, May 29                        

6-7pm          Shutterbugs – All ages and camera types are welcome to this weekly photography time! Meet at the Nature Center to learn about golden hour and then head outside to capture the sights! Each week will feature a new topic.

7:30-8:30pm  Trail Trekkers – Take a guided hike along the Turkey Ridge Trail. Meet at the picnic shelter near Camp Area 5 and be prepared for natural surface trails by wearing sneakers or hiking shoes. This group will meet weekly to hit the trails!

Friday, May 30

5-7:30pm      Traveling Golf Cart – Meet our new program staff on the golf cart as they travel through the camp areas stopping at campsites with 2024 event information!

8-9pm          Card Club – Meet in the Activity Center to play a variety of card games, including Euchre, Jass, Canasta, or others! Plus enjoy free popcorn. For ages 10+.

Saturday, May 31                        

9am-12pm     Women Making Waves – Register for this women-only workshop to learn basic boat operating skills in a comfortable and safe environment! Plus, ask all of your questions! Learn trip planning, required safety equipment, have a chance to operate a boat on the water. Registration is required at www.MWCD.org/tickets

9-10am         Nature Center Open & Craft for Kids – Visit the Nature Center & learn about Ohio’s coyotes!

10:30am         Chat with the Chief – Meet the Chief of Recreation at the Welcome Center to ask questions and learn about what is happening around the lake!

11am-12pm   Painting Craft for Adults – Dress to for paint and make a creative painting using a tree branch! Meet at the Nature Center. For ages 14+.

1-2pm          Messy Play for Kids – Get messy and leave the cleanup to us! For ages 4 and up at the Nature Center.

3-4pm          Knotty Hour – Bring your latest crochet or knitting project to the Nature Center and relax with others while completing your project, OR learn crochet basics from staff on hand!

4:30-5:30pm  Kids BINGO – Try your luck at BINGO at the Activity Center. Bring a full-size candy bar.

6-7pm          Adult BINGO – Try your luck at BINGO at the Activity Center. Bring a $2 gift.

7:30-8:30pm  Karaoke & Cards – Meet at the Activity Center Shelter for an evening of games and music. Bring your best singing voice to take part in karaoke!
