Atwood Earth Day & Tree Giveaway

Saturday, April 19           

10am-12pm    Earth Day Clean-up – Stop by the Nature Center for gloves and trash bags, then pick-up map for areas for litter throughout the park & lake! Bring the bags back and receive a coupon for a FREE night of daily camping!

10am-12pm    Tree Giveaway – Do you have a spot for a tree?! Stop by the Nature Center to pick up free saplings! Red and white oak seedlings will be available on a first come, first served basis. Planting and species information will also be available at the time of pick-up. Trees are ready to be taken home and planted!! Provided by the MWCD Conservation Department.

1-3pm           Library Program – Join the Carroll County Library staff to make your own Truffula tree at the Activity Center Shelter!

4-6pm           The Lorax Movie – Bring your own camp chairs and blankets to the Event Center to watch The Lorax on the screen.
