All are welcome — whether you’ve finished the book\, just started\, or simply want to enjoy the atmosphere and conversation! \n  \nFriday\, June 19 \n4-5pm       Nature Center Open – Visit the Nature Center to learn a little more about Father’s in Nature. \n6-8pm       Traveling Program Golf Cart – Watch for the traveling golf cart with weekend schedules and trail maps. \n  \nSaturday\, June 20                    Father’s Day Weekend \n9-10am     Father’s Day Pancake Breakfast – Enjoy pancakes and more at the Welcome Center with the special guy in your life! The suggested donation is $5 per person. While supplies last. \n11am-12pm   Fishing Fun (16 and under) – Meet the program staff at the fishing dock off the beach parking lot.  We will provide fishing poles and bait for participants 16 and younger; an adult must accompany every child. \n1-2pm        Father’s Day Craft for Kids – Stop by the Welcome Center to create and personalize a hand towel for Father’s Day. An adult must accompany children. \n3-4pm       Golf Cart Poker Run – Meet at the Welcome Center to compete for the best and worst hand at our golf cart poker run. Read the map and find hidden poker chips throughout the park. $5 per hand; cash only. Prizes for the best and worst poker hands. \n5-7pm       Pedal Patrol Kick-off & Helmet Giveaway – Bring your bike and helmet to the grassy area near the Welcome Center to learn about this new program and complete a bike safety checklist with a Ranger to earn a FREE ICE CREAM treat! For ages 13-18. Space is limited and registration required at www.MWCD.org/tickets. \n  \nSaturday\, June 27            Wild Ohio Weekend          \n10:30-11:30am    All About Snakes (Parkside) – Meet our activities staff at the beach patio to learn more about these reptiles. \n1-2pm                   Golf Cart Scavenger Hunt (Parkside) – Using a map and clues to find hidden items to win prizes!    $5 per participant\, cash only. Earn raffle ticket for each item found and photographed. Prizes will be drawn at 2pm! Meet in the beach parking lot near the steps to the Pickleball Court. \n4-5pm               Basketball Challenge (Parkside) – Meet at the basketball court to play knock out and other basketball challenges for prizes! \n5:30-6:30pm      Sidewalk Chalk Art Extravaganza (Parkside) – Meet at the sports courts to decorate the sidewalk!

Faster pace for 14 and up. \n  \n  \nSaturday\, June 27              Water Weekend \n9am-1pm            Traveling Honeybees – Watch for the program golf cart with an observation beehive and Bosler’s Bees! Learn about the importance of honeybees and what you can do to help. \n2-3pm                 Water Games – Meet at the grassy area behind the Event Center Shelter\, plan to get wet! \n4-5pm                Watercolor Craft for Adults – Start your summer creating a relaxing watercolor flower project.  Meet in the Nature Center. \n  \nSunday\, June 28          \n9-10am               Non-denominational Church Service – Meet at the small amphitheater\, weather permitting.
