All are welcome to enjoy coffee\, juice and muffins; donations accepted. \n11:30am-12:30pm All About Bees & Craft for Kids – Learn about bees and their habitat\, plus make a bee house.  Meet at Main Camp Shelter #4. \n1-2pm                Patriotic Wreath Craft for Adults – Make a red\, white\, and blue wreath at Main Camp Shelter #4. Each princess will participate in a craft\, royal tea party and snack\, face painting\, and horse drawn carriage ride through the park. Make your princess dreams come true at the lake! \n$25 per child. Limited tickets available to ensure a magical experience for all! \nFor ages 3 and up.  Parents must accompany the princesses throughout the event. DESCRIPTION:Friday\, August 30             \n6-7:30pm      Traveling Craft for Kids – Keep a look out for program staff traveling through the campsites passing out a fun kids’ craft kit\, and selling glow items! \n7:30-8:30pm  Family BINGO – Bring a $2 prize in a bag and join in the fun at the Messerly Recreation Center! \n8:30-9:30pm  Family Game Time – Play “What I would do for a Klondike bar?” at the Messerly Center. For all ages! \n  \nSaturday\, August 31                                 \n10-11am       Pancake Breakfast – Enjoy pancakes\, eggs\, coffee\, fruit\, and donuts at the Messerly Recreation Center. Kids must be accompanied by an adult. $5 suggested donation.         \n11:30am       Flower Arrangement Craft for Adults – Make a beautiful bouquet in a vase at the Messerly Recreation Center. All instruction and materials provided. $8 each\, register online at www.MWCD.org/tickets \n12:30-2pm    Traveling Craft and Nature Activity – Look for program staff traveling around the park and learn about animal tracks and grab a craft kit for kids! \n1-4pm          Poker Paddle – Paddle around the lake to collect poker chips to compete for the best poker hand! Registration required at www.MWCD.org/tickets \n2-3pm          Cornhole Tournament for Adults – The tournament will take place in Main Camp by the shuffleboard courts. The cost is $5 per team of two and registration starts at 2pm. First and second-place teams will receive a prize. \n3 pm            Water Games – Meet near the Eagle Point pool to have some fun with water. For ages 6-12. \n3:15-5:30pm  Football Fun – Take in the college football game with friends and snacks at the Messerly Recreation Center. \n4-4:30pm      Traveling Pup Snacks – The program staff and Gator will be driving around the campground to pass out doggie treats to all four-legged friends in Main Camp. \n4–5pm          Cornhole for Kids – Kids ages 7-14 are invited to the Eagle Point Shelter Area to play cornhole! Prizes will be given to first and second-place winners. \n7-9pm          LIVE Music at the Marina – Relax at the lake with live music at Charles Mill Marina. \n  \nSunday\, September 1 \n10:15am       Non-denominational Church Service  – All are welcome to participate in this church service at Messerly Recreation Center. \n11:30am-1pm Craft Time for Adults – Prepare for the holidays by making a Halloween and Christmas craft at the Messerly Recreation Center. \n2-3pm          T-shirt Tie Dye – Tie-dye a shirt at Eagle Point near the shelter. Sizes are first come\, first served. $10 each\, cash only. \n3:30-4pm      Bubble Fun – Do you love bubbles? Head to the Eagle Point Shelter Area to blow as many bubbles as you can. For ages 4-12. \n3:30-4pm      Golf Cart Poker Run – Meet at the Messerly Recreation Center for the last poker run of the year! Prizes for the top two hands. $5 cash per hand\, cash only. \n4-5pm          Photo Scavenger Hunt – Head to Eagle Point Shelter Area for directions on how to play this photo scavenger hunt. For all ages! \n7–8pm Build Your Own Sundae – Come to the Messerly Recreation Center to turn ice cream\, granola\, toppings\, candy\, whipped cream\, and more into your customized sundae.
