Atwood Park Staff Gears Up for Fall Festival

There is “Something for Everyone” each year at the 33rd annual Atwood Area Fall Festival, located at beautiful Atwood Lake Park in Mineral City, Ohio during the first weekend in October.  The Atwood Area Fall Festival reaches a wide audience with food, music, homemade crafts, hands-on displays, entertainment, interpretive demonstrations, exhibits, and so much more.

Fall Festival Hours

Friday   10am - 9pm

Saturday 10am - 9pm

Sunday   10am - 5pm

Daily events include a Moccasin Trail Pow-Wow gathering, Mountain Men encampment and demonstrations including cannon firing along with the hundreds of craft and food vendors.

A variety of family entertainment is available daily including a comedian/ juggling show, pumpkin decorating, petting zoo and crafts. Friday and Saturday evenings, beginning at sunset, your hair will be raised on the haunted hayride ($5 fee).  Horse and pony rides will be available Saturday and Sunday.  The festival wraps up with a car show including top 50 awards presented at 3pm.

Admission into the festival is $5.00 per person. Children 11 years and younger are free. Friday is senior day (ages 55+) with $2 admission.
