Fall 2014 Issue of Lake Views is Published

The Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District has published the Fall 2014 Issue of Lake Views.  Please read about how the Board of Directors reduced assessments for 2015 and how the Utica Shale development benefits the public through the MWCD.  This issue also includes comments from the desk of the Executive Director.  John Hoopingarner addresses the question, "What if we don't"?
