Amazing Races at Charles Mill Lake

Friday, August 18

5:30-7pm             Traveling Craft for Kids – Watch for the traveling gator passing out event schedules and craft kits!

7:30-8:30pm        Keno Night – Visit the Messerly Recreation Center for an evening of fun and prizes!

Saturday, August 19      

11am-12pm         Matchbox Races – Meet at the Eagle Point Shelter for races for prizes!

1-2:30pm             Cardboard Boat Family Challenge – Come to the Messerly Center for supplies to make your boat. Boats must be complete by 2pm. Which family team (two member in a boat) will win! Sign up at Messerly Recreation Center by 11am. Two people per boat, limited to 8 families. Life jackets must be worn.

3-4pm                 Boat Races for Kids – Meet at Messerly Recreation Center, for all ages!

4:30-5:30pm        Golf Cart Poker Run – Meet at the Messerly Recreation Center or Eagle Point Shelter. Enter your cart for a chance to win a great prize!

Sunday, August 20   

10:15am        Non-Denominational Church Service at the Messerly Recreation Center.
