Friday, Oct 8th
6pm-9pm Welcome Center OPEN (Self-Directed Activity) Sign up for the Zombie Archery & Hike for this weekend. Stop by the welcome center and view the 6-minute video of the 80-year history of the park. View the History Corner display in the Welcome Center and learn about the early years of the park’s history. Talk with our Naturalist staff about activities and take & make craft packets we have planned for this Halloween weekend.
6pm-9pm Smore's Kits- Pick up your FREE smore making kit at the welcome Center tonight and Saturday while supply lasts.
7:30-8:30pm Nature at Night Hike- Join Naturalist for an evening hike in the dark.
Saturday, Oct 9th
9am-11am Halloween Family Craft Packets-(take & make) pick up your FREE craft kit. We have a variety of Halloween-themed designs to choose from with easy-to-follow directions. Post a picture of your project on Facebook & Instagram with hashtag #PHcraft Limited number of craft kits, first come first serve. All ages welcome. Also, pick up your FREE Smore's making kit while supplies last.
11am-1pm Zombie Archery Shoot - Try your archery skills and shoot the Zombies invading the park. Meet at Shelterhouse #2
1:00-2:30pm Trick or Treat - Children 14 and under may stop by campsites offering Halloween treats.
3pm-4pm Golf Cart Halloween Parade-
5:30-6:30pm LIVE Birds of Prey -
6:30-9:30pm Monster Costume Ball -with DJ/ Dance music and Contests. Come dressed in your costume.
7:30- 8pm- FIREWORKS at the Lake- with Halloween themed synced music
8:00-11 pm Haunted Forest- Drive through with your own car or golf cart. Purchase tickets at Gate or Camp store starting Friday. Limited times.
