Halloween Weekend at Atwood Lake Park

Friday, September 24

4-6pm                      Halloween Mystery Touch – Join us in the Nature Center for some ooey, gooey fun! Be ready to get your hands messy in this game of mystery and give your best guess on what is in the Halloween boxes!

Saturday, September 25

10-11am              Kids Craft – Join us at the Activity Center to make a Spooktacular Spider.

11:30am-12:30pm  Pumpkin Mason Jar Craft – Meet at the pavilion next to the nature center to create your own decorative pumpkin mason jar. While supplies last.

1:30-2:30pm           LIVE Animals with Outback Ray – Join us at the small amphitheater across from the Activity Center for a performance from Outback Ray to learn more about the exotic animals of the world!

3-5pm                       Trick-or-Treat – Dress up in your Halloween costumes to walk around the park and get treats at participating campsites!

5:30pm                    Costume Contest (Pets Included!) – Keep your costume on costume and come to the sports court area near the Activity Center for a fun contest. Prizes will be given to top costume in each division! Divisions include ages 0-6, ages 7-11, ages 12-17, adults 18+, and pets.

Dark - ?                    Haunted Hayride - Enjoy a spooky ride through the park on a hayride for an all-new frightful show! Organized by the Tusky Valley Ruritans & Fairfield Township Fire Department. $5 per person. Follow the posted signs for the starting area.

8:00-10:00pm       Movie at the Lake - Enjoy a movie on the BIG screen. We will be showing a family friendly movie, rated PG. Due to copyright we cannot post movie title. See flyer at the park or call the office for details. Bring your blankets and camp chairs to the shelter near the Activity Center. You may also watch from your golf cart; please park carts towards the back.

Sunday, September 26

3-5pm and 5:30-7:30pm               Princess in the Park – Ages 3 and up dress in your Royal Finest and enjoy an enchanted day at the park! Each princess will participate in a craft, royal tea party, snack, face painting and horse drawn carriage ride through the park. Tickets are $25 per child and can be purchased at https://mwcd.ticketleap.com. Limited tickets are available so register soon!
