Rt. 250 in Tappan Lake area now open
The improvement project along Rt. 250 in the Tappan Lake region is now complete and the highway is open as usual.
Both lanes of Rt. 250 had been closed on a two-mile stretch from just east of the former Coultrap’s store to just west of the former Mallernee’s Market for the work. The Ohio Department of Transportation project was completed within the original 45-day timeline as announced.
Both lanes of Rt. 250 now are open. The detour established for the project is no longer necessary.
