MWCD looking for summer intern for water quality readings
The Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District (MWCD) is seeking student applicants for a paid internship this summer to collect and test water samples from the MWCD reservoirs.
The position is part of a three-year research project being conducted by the MWCD in partnership with the U.S. Geological Survey to test water quality.
The summer internship job is available to a student pursuing a bachelor’s or advanced degree in microbiology, biology, environmental science, public health or related fields. The intern will collect water samples four to five days a week and process the samples at a local laboratory.
