Thomas L. Tribbie is the newest member of the MWCD Board of Directors, being appointed in June 2004 by the Conservancy Court. The Cambridge resident is very familiar with Seneca Lake and its facilities as a cottage site lessee.

- Former chief executive officer for Valley of Cambridge Scottish Rite Masons
- Former member of Board of Directors of National City Bank
- Graduate of Ohio State University with bachelor's and law degrees
